A native of Petit-Goave Haiti, Yves Brouard enjoyed drawing and painting since he was about 6 years old. As a child his mother understood that he was a gifted child both in music and drawing, she always saw him as different from his other siblings. At a very young age, in front of his mother’s boutique, he achieved many drawings on packing paper where many hurried to pick them up instead of the traditional decorative wrappers for Christmas, New Year’s and the Three Kings.

Yves is a proud father of many children. His children admire his devotion to learning and sharing. He has been painting on and off for the past 10 years and would like to share his work with you. Enjoy!
